Returns and withdrawal policy

Our company’s returns policy is strictly defined, which allows us to ensure the highest standard of customer service and compliance with Polish and EU law.

Each product purchased in our store is made to individual order and according to the customer’s guidelines, therefore it is not possible to return goods made to order, which results from their unique properties and personalization tailored to the needs of customers.

Legal basis art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, EU Directive 2011/83/EU

According to art. 38 point 3 of the Act, the right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the business premises or at a distance does not apply to the consumer in relation to contracts in which the subject of the provision is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or intended to meet their individual needs. Article 16 lit. c of Directive 2011/83/EU prohibits the establishment in national law of a consumer right to withdraw from a contract providing for the supply of goods manufactured to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
